Project Manager 5-10 years of construction management experience Successful track record of project leadership, direction, and oversight during all phases of construction Excellent negotiation, verbal, listening, and written communications skills Attention to detail, accountability, reliability, and technical/functional expertise Project Engineer 1-3 years of construction management experience Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills Professional character, self motivated, and ability to work with minimal supervision Attention to detail, accountability, reliability, and technical/functional expertise Project Superintendent 5-10 years supervisory experience on construction sites Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and demonstrated ability to control and supervise large groups.
